Whole Grains: Whole grains such as brown rice, whole wheat bread, and oatmeal provide complex carbohydrates, fiber, and B-vitamins.

Dairy: Dairy products such as milk, cheese, and yogurt provide calcium, vitamin D, and other important nutrients.calcium is good for healthy teeth and nails.




Fats: Fats are an important source of energy and essential fatty acids. Good sources include fatty fish, nuts, and vegetable oils.Take small amount fat in your diet because fat has large amount of energy which your body require for the daily activities.





It's important to remember to limit saturated and trans fats, as well as added sugars, as these can lead to health problems. Drinking plenty of water, practicing portion control, and limiting alcohol consumption are also important for maintaining a balanced diet. Additionally, regularly engaging in physical activity helps to balance calorie intake and support overall health.

Staying hydrated: Drinking plenty of water helps flush out toxins and keep your body functioning properly.Take plenty of liquid such as fresh fruit  juices .
